Covid-19 Testing Protocols are consistent with current state and CDC Guidelines.

PATIENT SAFETY MEASURES IN PLACE
1.  For your safety and the safety of our staff, masks are required.  If you do not have a mask one will be provided. Hand sanitizer is also available.
2.  Face shields are being used by staff during all interactions with customers. If it is necessary to remove a face shield, appropriate social distancing is observed.
3.  Arrive at the church grounds, check in with the Faciliator, and then wait in your car. We will notify you when it is time to take your test.
4.  Social distancing protocols are in place.
